Artisteer 2.3.0.21098
This is a really nice piece of software. You can build nice Joomla, Wordpress, Drupal (among others) templates very easy. It has a suggest design button that builds nice random complete templates with beautiful color combinations. You can also go to each one of the available tabs and press the button to do random changes to only the tab selected. You can also do a custom template by changing things manually and add your own headers, textures, backgrounds, etc
To use:
1) Decompress
2) Install
3) Run Artisteer2Sniffer.exe
4)this wonderful software
